We listen to our customers and act promptly to their refund requests. We also offer a 100% refund when the following conditions are met:
- The customer has raised refund request within 48 hours of the purchase.
- The order for which the refund request has been raised is not a pre-order.
- The customer has not utilized the product code as suggested in our Knowledgebase.
- The refund will be offered only on successful transactions.
- The refund may not be offered when the customer doesn't go through the fraud checks.
