- Specific Criteria for Digital Products
The product code or CD key associated with the digital item must not have been redeemed. Once a digital code has been activated, it is permanently linked to the user's account and cannot be refunded.
- Specific Criteria for Physical Products
To be eligible for a refund on physical products, the item must remain unopened and in its original sealed packaging. Products that have been unsealed or used will not qualify for a refund.
- Successful Transaction Requirement
Refunds are available only for transactions that have been successfully processed. Orders that encounter errors, failed payments, or incomplete transactions do not qualify for a refund.
- Fraud and Security Checks
GamePride.in upholds strict security and fraud prevention standards to protect our users. Refunds may not be provided if a customer’s transaction fails to meet our security or fraud verification processes.
